The first half of 2013, the production and sale of cranes down on the basis of last year continued to decline, large enterprise production and management difficulties. At the same time, the number of cranes exports slightly better than last year, an increase of 4.4%.
China's construction cranes (refer to mobile cranes including truck cranes, all terrain cranes, crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes, rough terrain crane and mobile crane) industry, counting from 2003, has experienced a decade of rapid development. From 2003 to 2006, annual sales exceeded construction cranes million units; 2007 to 2008, annual sales exceeded 20,000 units; 2009, annual sales of more than 30,000 units; 2010 to 2011, annual sales exceeded 400 million units. However, by 2011, China's construction crane industry has still to achieve a slight increase, but in the national macro-control, the world financial crisis and the European debt crisis, the industry-wide slowdown.
Enter 2012, the industry's production and sales situation sharply, mobile cranes total number of units sold decreased to more than 35,000 units, down 25.6%. This is the last decade, the industry overall negative growth for the first time. Downward inflection point finally appeared, the industry's high growth era is over.
Industry sales double down
The first half of 2013, the production and sale of cranes in 2012 continued to decline on the basis of the downlink. Specifically, from January to June, the whole industry revenue of 13.9 billion yuan, down 26.6%; total profit of 1.24 billion yuan, down 43.4%; sales of mobile cranes totaling more than 15,000 units, down 23.9%. Market demand continues to slump, the larger enterprise production and management difficulties.
At present, China's production and sales of mobile cranes are truck cranes, all terrain cranes, crawler cranes, truck-mounted crane and mobile crane. 2013 first half of the overall decline in sales, but sales of each model or differently: truck crane sales fell by more than 23.9% of the average; crawler cranes and truck-mounted cranes are lower than the average year on year decline value, only the tire cranes up.
The first half of the economic situation of construction crane industry is running low, whether the stable development of the second half, depending on the national macro-control policies and the trend of the world economy, for each enterprise is a significant challenge.
